On Thursday 9th November, the ATSIC Treaty Think Tank met in Melbourne to discuss the idea of some form of treaty, rather than the obscure, abstract notion of 'reconciliation'. Paparazzi Foley was there with his trusty, ever-present digital camera, recording for posterity and history, as the delegates took time out to relax between intense sessions.
